In our operations
With the additional service – Return Receipt “AR,” the sender, when handing over the shipment, requests that the package be delivered to the recipient with a written confirmation on a special “Return Receipt” form. The completed form is returned to the sender. The sender fills out the return receipt and submits it together with the shipment.
With the additional service OTK, the sender, when handing over the shipment, requests that the package be delivered to the recipient with prior payment of the COD amount in favor of the sender of the shipment.
As a shipment with the additional service of COD, any registered letter, letter with declared value, or parcel can be submitted.
A Time-Specific Delivery is a shipment where the sender requests the package to be picked up at a precisely specified time.
A rapid shipment is a package that, from the moment of pickup, is delivered to the recipient within 24 hours.
An express shipment is delivered between 2 to 4 PM, with prior notice by 12 PM. An express shipment RSM is delivered on the same day, with prior notice and pickup by 12 PM.
A priority shipment is a delivery that is made the next day, with priority given to the shipment for faster delivery.
Agreed delivery is a standard delivery on a specified day, without priority. It can also be an agreed delivery with priority for a certain day.
Insurance is added to the system based on the value of the shipment, which must have a systemically entered value and be properly labeled and packaged. Otherwise, it is not eligible for compensation.
Correct addressing on the front side of the envelope includes the recipient’s name, full address, and phone number. On the back side, the sender’s name, surname, exact address, and phone number should be clearly written.
